We hear this question often, and the honest answer is: you don't need to do much. We're here so you don't have to. That said, a few small things before we arrive help us spend our time on the actual cleaning rather than working around clutter — and you'll get more out of your visit as a result.

Things You Don't Need to Do

A lot of clients feel like they should tidy up before we arrive — and while picking up clutter is helpful, there's no need to pre-clean anything. That's what we're here for.

• Don't scrub the bathroom before we get there — we'll handle it
• Don't wipe down counters or surfaces — that's on our checklist
• Don't buy cleaning supplies — we bring everything we need
• Don't stay home if you'd rather not — many of our clients aren't home during their clean

If you have specific products you'd like us to use — for example, if someone in your household has sensitivities — just let us know in advance and we'll accommodate where possible.
